One Excel file instead of a rule builder
You keep zones, rates and surcharges where they already are: in a spreadsheet. Upload it, let the app check it, done. When your carrier sends a new price list, simply upload the new file.

Shopify app for freight goods and wholesale
Cardboard boxes, building materials, pallets: with freight goods, shipping costs decide your margin. Upload your carrier's rate table as an Excel file – Struxify calculates the right freight rate at checkout by postcode zone, weight, pallets and oversize. Tier prices per product are included.

Live demo, no install
Enter your store address and a destination postcode. The demo takes a real product from your store and calculates tier price and freight from one unit up to pallet loads.
Use the address your customers open: your own domain or your-shop.myshopify.com. The store must be open to customers – the demo cannot read password-protected stores (such as development stores).
For this the demo reads the publicly visible products of that store once. None of it is stored. Details in the privacy policy.
No nested shipping profiles, no hidden mark-ups, no weeks of setup.
Enter zones and rates in the template – or use your carrier's rate table as it is. The app checks every row and tells you where something is missing.
Enter a postcode and a cart in the price calculator and see what your customer would pay – with zone, weight, pallets and every surcharge.
As soon as your customer enters their address, the right freight rate appears. New price list from your carrier? Upload the new file, done.
Shopify keeps product price and shipping separate – with freight goods, the two depend on each other. This app closes the gap.
You keep zones, rates and surcharges where they already are: in a spreadsheet. Upload it, let the app check it, done. When your carrier sends a new price list, simply upload the new file.
Weight bands in the rows, zones in the columns – the way carriers send their rates. The app recognises this layout on its own, even with header lines above it.
Five-digit ranges, two-digit postcode regions or single towns. If ranges overlap, the more specific one wins – useful for islands and special areas.
Set per product how many units fit on a pallet and how high it is stacked. The app adds up partial quantities, rounds up to full pallets and uses the rate per pallet or per 100 kg – above a set pallet height also a separate row or a surcharge.
Your customer sees right in the cart how much more fits into the weight band of your freight rate, how full the pallet is and how much is missing for free freight. Plus per line: “2 more to reach the next price tier”. From Pro it suggests regular items from logged-in customers' previous orders that still fit into the band – with an “Add to cart” button. As an app block on the cart page or as an app embed in the cart drawer, in English or German (informal “du” or formal “Sie”).
With units per carton and your parcel rate table, the app calculates both: 4 cartons go as DPD parcels, half a pallet goes by freight carrier. Your customer only sees the cheaper option.
Mark products as oversize or let the app decide from an edge length you set. Oversize items use their own rate rows and surcharges.
Light but bulky goods are charged by volume when that is higher than the actual weight – using your own conversion factor in kg per cubic metre.
Fuel and toll as a percentage, island and delivery-notice surcharges as a fixed amount, per shipment or per pallet. Every rate can be traced to the cent.
From 100 units €0.72, from 400 units €0.60 – uploaded as a table, deducted automatically in the cart and at checkout. No discount codes, no duplicate products.
Cheaper nearby than for distant regions: tiers can be tied to a zone. As soon as the delivery address is known at checkout, the matching price applies.
Enter a postcode and a cart and see which rate your customer gets – with zone, chargeable weight, pallets and every single line of the calculation.
Upload a separate table for each carrier. Your customer chooses at checkout – or the app automatically shows only the cheapest offer.
To calculate a rate, the app only needs country, postcode and cart. Names and addresses are not stored; the log only contains the first two digits of the postcode.
You maintain the table, the app runs in your Shopify admin, and your customer only sees the final price.
| Weight | Zone 1 | Zone 2 | Zone 3 | Zone 4 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| up to 100 kg | 39.90 | 49.90 | 58.00 | 64.00 |
| up to 250 kg | 59.90 | 72.50 | 85.50 | 94.00 |
| up to 500 kg | 79.90 | 98.00 | 118.00 | 132.00 |
| up to 1,000 kg | 112.00 | 139.00 | 168.00 | 189.00 |
| up to 2,500 kg | 198.00 | 246.00 | 297.00 | 335.00 |
The app reports errors with sheet and row – for example “Zones, row 14: postcode from is greater than postcode to”. As long as there are errors, your current rate table stays active.
Simplified view with example prices.
The app calculates only with the numbers from your table. It doesn't estimate, doesn't round to make things look nicer and doesn't invent a price when a row is missing.
“Check only” tests a new file without changing anything. If it contains errors, your current rate table stays active – your checkout is never left without rates.
The overview shows for which regions and weights no rate matched in recent days. So you know which row is missing from your table.
Servers in the EU. From the delivery address, the app only uses country and postcode; no names or addresses are stored. No AI, no tracking.

Pairs well: B2B quotes
Your key accounts ask for quotes by email? Struxify B2B Quote & Agent turns them into reviewable Shopify quotes – with quick order, dealer approval and VAT ID checks. The freight costs come from this app.

Yes. The app interface follows the language of your Shopify admin (German or English), and the Excel template is available in both languages. This website and the legal texts are available in English as well; for the legal texts, the German version is the binding one.
For freight rates at checkout, your shop needs the Shopify feature “third-party calculated shipping rates” (carrier-calculated shipping). It is included in Advanced and Plus. On the “Shopify” (Grow) plan you get it with annual billing or for a monthly add-on fee via Shopify Support. On Basic it is, as far as I know, only available on request from Support. The app checks this during installation and tells you what is missing. Tier prices work on every Shopify plan.
The app includes a template with examples. You need at least two sheets: “Zones” (country, postcode from, postcode to, zone) and “Freight rates” (zone, weight, price). Instead of the freight rates sheet you can use the classic carrier table with weight bands in the rows and zones in the columns. Surcharges, items, parcel rates and tier prices are optional. The English template uses English sheet and column names; German names work too.
Then the app does not offer a freight rate for that order – it never guesses a price. You can set a fallback price for this case. The log shows how often and for which region this happened.
Upload your parcel rate table as well (e.g. DPD rates per parcel weight) and enter “units per carton” for each product. The app packs the order into parcels, compares with the freight carrier and offers the cheaper option. Alternatively, set a minimum weight – below it, your normal Shopify parcel rates apply. Oversize always ships by freight carrier.
The tier price is deducted automatically in the cart and at checkout, where it appears as a labelled discount. In the cart, the cart booster can also show per line how many units are missing for the next tier. A tier price table on the product page is planned as the next step. Prices that depend on the delivery zone can only be shown by Shopify once the delivery address has been entered.
Up to three bars plus hints per line: how much weight still fits into the current band of your freight rate (or from which weight freight shipping applies), how full the started pallet is and how many cartons or units are missing for a full pallet, how much order value is missing for free freight (if you have set a free-freight threshold) and, per line, how many units are missing for the next price tier. Tier hints only appear on plans that include tier prices (from Pro). You add the app block “Freight & pallet booster” to the cart section or enable the app embed for the cart drawer; heading, accent colour and the German form of address (du or Sie) are set in the theme editor, and you switch the booster on or off in the app settings.
They are estimates. In the cart, Shopify does not know the delivery address yet – so the booster calculates with a fixed delivery zone that you choose in the settings (otherwise the zone of your default country). The binding freight rate is the one at checkout: there the app calculates with the real address as usual. For the hints, only SKU, quantity, weight and unit price are sent from the cart – no address, no customer data, and none of it is stored. The exception is the Pro feature “Still fits”, which you switch on yourself (see next question).
From the previous orders of the customer who is shopping right now – and only if they are logged in to your store. If you have switched on the Pro feature “Still fits – from your previous orders” and the rate band or the started pallet still has room, the app reads that customer's orders from the last up to 6 months live from Shopify (item, quantity, date) and suggests up to 3 items that still fit – those that are due according to their ordering rhythm first. Nothing is stored; an in-memory cache expires after at most 10 minutes. Guests and other customers see none of it. Shopify must have approved the app's access to protected customer data; also include the feature in your privacy policy.
The app does not convert anything. Enter prices the way your shop uses them. Shopify calculates tax on shipping according to your tax settings.
Shopify sends the delivery address and the cart for the calculation. Of these, the app only uses country and postcode plus SKU, quantity, weight and price – and stores none of it in a way that identifies a person. Servers in the EU. Details are in the privacy policy.
Yes, from the Pro plan. Each carrier gets its own table and appears as a separate shipping option at checkout. On the Business plan, the app can automatically show only the cheapest one.
Yes. Billing runs through Shopify and ends when you uninstall the app – monthly, with no minimum term.
